Customer Support Coordinator - Birmingham

An enthusastic Administrator is required to work within an existing team to administer and support customers in a palletised distribution network environment. The team aims to provide the highest possible levle of service by promptly processing and responding to telephone, email and web contact both from our member companies as well as external customers.
The team has an operational bias and will also communicate with members on a daily basis regarding vehicle capacity and any service issues.
The role would be most suited to an individual with experience of the transport & distribution industry however full training would be provided to an otherwise excellent candidate.
