Pallet Network
Pallet Networks

The pallet network industry in the UK owes its existence to the innovation behind the Palletline concept. Back in 1992, the revolutionary Palletline concept represented the most significant innovation in commercial transport for decades. The Palletline concept is the blue print from which the majority of Pallet Networks were born.

How does the Pallet Network concept work?

We can't speak for other pallet networks however we can explain how our quality network operates, the original pallet network blueprint.

The Palletline network comprises of a number of indepedent distribution companies, operating from different locations throughout the UK. For Palletline, each of our member companies is a shareholder in the network, which drives our quality ethos throughout the network.

Each and every working day, these members send trunk vehicles laden with palletised goods collected from within their geographical region to Hubs of the network. They exchange these for deliveries to be completed in their geographical area from other members and their customers.

The network operates as a hub and spoke system. Visualise the pallet network system as a bicycle wheel with each of our members being a spoke on the wheel leading to the hub in the centre. With all the members operating in the same way, the wheel turns with the minimum of effort and gets you from A to B in style!
